Job Description

Ensure compliance with Lear’s plans and objectives in alignment with the established Lear EPMS vision and adherence to customer requirements and expectations, as well as Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and procedures. Coordinate resources to achieve quality, production, scrap, cost, and delivery metrics. Responsibilities

Establish, plan, and control annual Manufacturing goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with Quality systems and specific customer requirements.
Continuously evaluate and monitor the Plant’s production forecast and results to ensure efficiency targets and schedule adherence are achieved.
Ensure on-time delivery through compliance with production schedules and coordination of Master Production Schedule meetings.
Conduct and coordinate management reviews during Operations Meetings.
Include follow-up on action plans and improvement projects in management reviews.




Promote and ensure plant organization, cleanliness, and discipline.
Prepare activity reports for Plant Management and Operations Leadership.
Promote integration and teamwork among direct reports as well as all employees.
Ensure completion of performance evaluations for personnel under direct supervision.
Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with efficiency walks.
