Overview
As a Commercial Analyst , you will play a key role in using commercial, operational, and performance data to understand business performance, identify opportunities, and support commercial decisions across our client portfolios.
You will work closely with Account Management, Finance, Data & Insights, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to consolidate and analyse data, develop reporting and dashboards, identify trends, and prepare insights and presentations for a range of stakeholders.
This is a highly analytical role, but we are not looking for someone who only enjoys working with numbers. You will need to be comfortable translating complex information into clear, meaningful business insights and communicating your findings effectively to different audiences. This is not a pure data engineering or technical analytics role; the focus is on using data to support business and commercial decisions.

What you'll do
Analyse commercial, financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
Produce clear reporting and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Prepare performance reports, executive presentations, business reviews, and other stakeholder materials.
Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking through accurate and insightful analysis.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and investigations to answer business questions and support decision-making.
Identify performance opportunities and support stakeholders in defining and implementing improvement actions.
Work with Account Management and operational teams to agree actions,



influence stakeholders and track progress and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional and general teams to gather information and deliver high-quality analysis.
Communicate insights through clear data storytelling and present recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical, business interpretation and commercial thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced English
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience working with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or business intelligence.
Ability to interpret data, identify meaningful business insights and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Planful, CRM platforms, or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
