Most videos are 30–60 seconds , with occasional 3–5 minute ads . This is a high-volume role, so you'll need to work quickly while maintaining quality across 100+ videos per month .

Turn raw creator footage into polished, ready-to-launch creatives
Experience editing UGC, short-form content, social media, or paid ads
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and modern short-form editing
Comfortable working at high volume — 100+ videos per month
