Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Excel intermediate - advanced.
English - advanced.
5 - 8 years of experience in related areas, working in invoicing, AR, AP, collection or controlling.
Experience in logistics, transport or automotive industry (desirable)
Main Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end billing cycle for assigned accounts, including movement extraction, invoice preparation, validation, and issuance.
Reconcile billing information against customer records and supporting documentation to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
Manage accounts receivable activities, including overdue invoice follow-up, collection tracking, and documentation of payment status.




Validate supplier invoices against confirmed trips, rendered services, agreed tariffs, and contractual terms, identifying and rejecting discrepancies.
Coordinate accounts payable and supplier settlements, including accruals, payment programming, and resolution of billing issues with suppliers.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitoring costs, margins, variances, accruals, and other key billing and controlling indicators.
Maintain accurate tariffs, master data, and billing information in internal systems, ensuring compliance with fiscal, operational, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries, improve processes, support audits, and ensure service continuity.
