Propósito Responsable del desarrollo de todas las marcas de Wyndham Hotels & Resorts en la Ciudad de México. El rol incluirá todos los aspectos del desarrollo, como la investigación de mercado, la búsqueda y selección de proyectos potenciales; supervisar el análisis del potencial de los proyectos; preparar contratos y obtener la aprobación interna.
Principales conocimientos y responsabilidades Construir relaciones productivas con propietarios y franquicias, tanto nuevas como existentes con el fin de aumentar el número de habitaciones en México
Concretar transacciones y contratos para incrementar el pipeline y lograr los objetivos planteados
Identificar oportunidades potenciales de crecimiento mediante la incorporación de nuevas propiedades a nuestro portafolio
Gestionar sus viajes y gastos según el presupuesto anual y organizar sus actividades diarias
Proporcionar términos comerciales clave para todo tipo de proyecto
Ayudar a determinar el retorno de inversión en las iniciativas focalizada
Capacidad para gestionar ciclos de venta complejos y cerrar contratos
Orientación clara a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos
Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders senior e inversores institucionales
Visión estratégica de mercado y oportunidades de crecimiento
Sólida comprensión de análisis financiero y viabilidad de proyectos
Experiencia y educación Formación universitaria o experiencia equivalente en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Finanzas, Real Estate, Ingeniería Comercial, Arquitectura, Hotelería, Turismo o carreras afines.
Experiencia comprobable en development, real estate, ventas complejas o negocios hoteleros
Experiencia en negociación comercial y firma de contratos
