Role Summary: At Colgate-Palmolive, we are passionate about building a future to smile about by fostering an authentic, innovative, and collaborative workplace! As a Learning Delivery Analyst (Temporary 6-month contract) within our Global People team, you will drive the operational success of our general training programs and maintain the integrity of our Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, your primary objective will be executing end-to-end training logistics and virtual session facilitation to ensure a seamless learner experience and complete regulatory compliance. By connecting employees with continuous learning and growth opportunities, you will directly support key business priorities and organizational development.
Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including scheduling offerings, target audience identification, gap reporting, and prompt completion tracking to ensure regulatory compliance.
Direct operational and logistical planning for instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer programs, overseeing scheduling, content testing, and deployment communications.
Serve as host and primary technical moderator for live virtual sessions,



providing real-time support to instructors and participants to troubleshoot technical issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee LMS inquiries, collecting session feedback and communicating actionable insights to key business stakeholders.
Identify and recommend process opportunities to continuously enhance the learner experience and streamline virtual training delivery.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
1+ year of professional experience
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proven proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools assessable from resume history.

Master's Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Demonstrated alignment with Colgate LIFT principles, featuring strong customer service orientation and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Operations within a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or matrix organization.
