Required Experience

Experience managing operations, business units, or branch facilities.

Budget management and performance indicator oversight.

Team development, coaching, and leadership.

Key account management and customer relationship growth.





Continuous improvement and project management.

Knowledge and application of automotive problem-solving methodologies and tools.

Experience using quality and root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram), PDCA, FMEA, Control Plans, and Problem Resolution Reports.

Ability to support customer concerns, quality investigations, and corrective action implementation within an automotive manufacturing environment.
