Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needsCoordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources departmentSupport fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demandsActively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environmentsFluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is requiredSchedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
