Job Description Lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities Sets strategy and implements solutions to problems and sets schedule and quality requirements Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements Implements divisional and corporate policies, safety and good housekeeping practices Frequent collaboration with others outside of the work group Communicates with plant and staffs Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment Leads in the selection of new employees.
