As our Customer Planning Manager, you'll help shape sustainable, profitable growth across Amazon Mexico and Brazil by turning demand signals into action. You'll forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize operations to support customer satisfaction while balancing commercial ambition with supply chain execution. Created demand planning models, replenishment workflows, or sales and operations planning processes at scale. Improved key planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, or days of inventory on hand. Preferred Qualifications Developed automated dashboards that provide real‑time operational visibility. Worked with the Brazilian market within planning, supply chain, or commercial functions. Used local ERP, demand planning, or forecasting systems. Applied event modelling or SKU‑level forecasting techniques across large product portfolios.
