- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in an educational setting.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience working with and supporting adolescents.

- College Counseling and university guidance.
- Social-emotional support and counseling for adolescents.
- Neurodiversity and special educational needs.
- Communication and collaboration with parents.
- University relations and coordination.
- Development and follow-up of academic and social-emotional support plans.
- Psychological support and crisis intervention.
- Psychoeducational assessment.
- Teaching experience or experience in educational settings.
- Collaborative work with teachers and multidisciplinary teams.
