We are a U.S.-based company seeking a motivated Customer Experience - Sales Support professional to join our growing team. This role is idóneo for individuals with experience in sales and/or customer service who are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and can manage leads efficiently.
While the position includes some customer service tasks, this is primarily a sales-forward role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.
This is a 100% remote position , open exclusively to candidates residing full-time in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations - Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services - Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions - Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals - Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction - Learn and stay up to date on all product details in our catalog - Track leads, opportunities,
and activities using our CRM system - Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet goals - Work independently with strong initiative and sound judgment
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English (spoken, written, and listening) - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role - Strong computer and system navigation skills (CRM experience preferred) - Ability to multitask effectively - Positive and professional communication style - Fast typing skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Experience with outbound calls - Prior experience supporting U.S. customers - Goal-driven mindset or sales training background
