Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and interactions with governmental authorities.
Manage relationships with customs agencies and key regulatory stakeholders.
Design and strengthen compliance frameworks, controls, and risk mitigation programs.
Oversee the maintenance and defense of OEA and CTPAT certifications.
Lead compliance projects related to import, export, and international trade activities.
Advise executive leadership on strategic regulatory risks and compliance matters.
Lead regulatory strategy for a top-tier logistics and trade organization.High-impact role with direct exposure to regulators and executive leadership.
Law degree required; postgraduate studies in Customs Law, International Trade, Compliance,



or related fields preferred.
8+ years of experience in customs, international trade, regulatory affairs, and compliance.
Deep knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and international trade frameworks.
Proven experience interacting with customs authorities, regulators, and government agencies.
Previous experience within AGACE, ACAOCE, SAT, customs authorities, or comparable regulatory institutions is highly desirable.
Advanced level of English is a must.
Previous experience leading and building teams.
Monthly base salary between $110,000 - $140,000 MXN, plus benefits above the law.
