Senior Java Developer

Design secure backend services and API contracts for platform capabilities Build backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot Develop and maintain high-quality code aligned with engineering standards Conduct code review to ensure readability, security, and maintainability Implement unit tests and support automated quality practices in CI Collaborate with QA and DevOps to support reliable releases and operations Estimate development tasks and contribute to planning and delivery commitments Participate in Scrum ceremonies and align on sprint goals and progress 3+ years of experience in Java development in production environments Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem for backend services Hands-on experience with REST API design and development for secure services Solid project experience with Scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning Strong hard skills in microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts Hands-on experience with unit testing and CI practices Practical experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven integration Good understanding of full-stack application design and data modeling Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering, QA, and DevOps Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily communication APIs and Integration experience across internal and external systems Github Copilot experience with GenAI-assisted development workflows Solution Architecture experience for secure services and platform design
