A Snapshot of Your Day

You will partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain to identify business needs and turn them into trusted digital solutions. A typical day may include automating a manual finance process, improving an SAP-connected data pipeline, or developing a Power BI / Tableau dashboard for financial and operational performance. You will analyze trends and risks, maintain controls and documentation, and support management decisions with clear insights. You will also train users and prioritize the Digital Finance roadmap based on business value.

How You'll Make an Impact

- Automate high-effort Finance and Controlling processes using approved digital tools.
- Build and maintain governed data pipelines connecting SAP and other business systems.
- Develop dashboards and analytics for financial performance, productivity, inventory, cost centers, and operational KPIs.
- Deliver executive-level insights that identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain controls, documentation, data quality, and ownership standards for automated solutions.
- Support Finance transformation, user enablement, and prioritization of the Digital Finance roadmap.

What You Bring

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, or Process Improvement.




- Advanced knowledge of Power BI / Tableau and Excel, with experience in Alteryx or equivalent ETL and workflow-automation tools.
- Strong SAP ERP data understanding, especially FI/CO, plus SQL and data-governance fundamentals.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and English/Spanish communication skills.
