Support the daily operations of certification programs and related processes

Coordinate certification projects, including applications, scope updates, and audit preparation

Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues

Prepare reports, documentation, and process-related materials

Help drive process improvements and enhance service quality

Assist with audits and compliance activities

Provide guidance on certification procedures and requirements

Support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Advanced English (required)

3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, certification, or similar roles

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Relations, or a related field

Experience working with regulatory, certification, or quality processes is a plus
