Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2–5 years of experience who can turn business questions into clear metrics, useful dashboards, and well-documented requirements. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand processes, analyze data, and support reporting and system improvements. The adecuado candidate is comfortable working with both business teams and technical teams and can explain findings clearly in English.

Responsibilities

- Build and improve Power BI dashboards that help stakeholders monitor performance and make decisions.

- Work with semantic models, interpret metrics, and write basic to intermediate DAX measures.

- Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, validate, and analyze data.

- Define and document KPIs, business rules, requirements, and process flows.

- Partner with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and resolve differences in data definitions.

- Prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain evidence of results.

- Use Excel and Microsoft Power Platform tools to improve reporting and routine workflows.

- Manage multiple requests, communicate progress, and prioritize work with the team.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant data analysis or business analysis experience.

- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate clearly in meetings and written documentation.

- Hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard design, semantic models, DAX, and interpreting business metrics.

- At least 1 year of experience using SQL and Python.

- Experience writing functional documentation, business rules, KPI definitions, requirements, process flows, and UAT evidence.

- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting; familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Ability to organize competing priorities and follow work through to completion.
