About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Infrastructure as Code Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevSecOps practices.

The idóneo candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining secure deployment pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, standardizing engineering processes, and improving reliability across development and production environments.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Develop reusable infrastructure modules, pipeline templates, deployment scripts, and environment configurations .
- Manage configurations across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Implement automated quality gates, security checks, approval controls, and deployment validations .
- Support containerized workloads and cloud-native runtime environments.
- Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, infrastructure defects, network problems, and environment inconsistencies.
- Embed security controls and DevSecOps practices into CI/CD and IaC workflows.
- Support access controls, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, patching, and compliance requirements.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational-readiness practices.
- Perform root cause analysis and support production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, AI Engineers,



Integration Specialists, Data Engineers, UX/UI teams, and Security teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, configuration standards, and recovery procedures.
- Promote automation, self-service capabilities, reliability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

✅ Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code .
- Ability to develop reusable and maintainable infrastructure modules and pipeline components.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows, automated testing, release processes, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms .
- Knowledge of containerization, cloud-native architecture, environment management, and configuration management.
- Understanding of DevSecOps , security scanning, least-privilege principles, secrets management, and policy compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong technical documentation and operational procedure skills.

⭐ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Terraform .
- Experience with AWS services.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or managed container platforms.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps , or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of automated compliance checks and Policy as Code .
- AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.
- Spanish and English language skills.
