About Our Client

Our client is a leading logistics and international trade organization with a strong presence across Mexico and highly regulated operations.

- Develop and execute the organization's customs and regulatory compliance strategy.

- Lead regulatory audits, inspections, and interactions with governmental authorities.

- Manage relationships with customs agencies and key regulatory stakeholders.

- Design and strengthen compliance frameworks, controls, and risk mitigation programs.

- Oversee the maintenance and defense of OEA and CTPAT certifications.

- Lead compliance projects related to import, export, and international trade activities.

- Advise executive leadership on strategic regulatory risks and compliance matters.

The Successful Applicant





- Law degree required; postgraduate studies in Customs Law, International Trade, Compliance, or related fields preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in customs, international trade, regulatory affairs, and compliance.

- Deep knowledge of Mexican customs regulations and international trade frameworks.

- Proven experience interacting with customs authorities, regulators, and government agencies.

- Previous experience within AGACE, ACAOCE, SAT, customs authorities, or comparable regulatory institutions is highly desirable.

- Advanced level of English is a must.

- Previous experience leading and building teams.

What's on Offer

Monthly base salary between $110,000 - $140,000 MXN, plus benefits above the law.
