As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a
Manager, Data Engineering
who will:
Act as the
technical authority within the offshore delivery team
, setting direction for complex data engineering solutions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with
US onshore leadership
.
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise
ETL/ELT pipelines
using
Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and serverless technologies
, ensuring cross-platform scalability, security, and reliability.
Build complex
Azure T-SQL solutions
, applying advanced
query optimization, partitioning, and indexing
to support sophisticated analytics models and real-time data processing.
Lead the development and integration of
Python automation frameworks and API orchestration
to streamline the data lifecycle and improve operational efficiency.
Own
production pipeline reliability
, proactively resolving critical issues through root-cause analysis and implementing long-term stability measures.
Establish and enforce
coding and architectural standards
through code reviews and technical audits, setting quality benchmarks for the offshore engineering team.
Maintain comprehensive
documentation, data lineage, and automated CI/CD deployment practices
to support transparency, auditability, and data governance.




Partner with
analytics and media teams
to translate business challenges into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert in
end-to-end pipeline architecture, orchestration frameworks, schema evolution, and advanced Azure Data Factory strategies
.
Lead data platform modernization initiatives involving
Databricks, dbt, and advanced DevOps practices
.
Ensure adherence to
SLAs and regulatory requirements
through advanced monitoring, proactive risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Skills and Experience
3–4 years of progressive experience in data engineering
, with expert-level mastery of
Azure Data Factory, SQL, and cloud data platforms
, including Azure and/or GCP.
Proven expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing
large-scale, production-grade data pipelines
.
Deep expertise in
SQL performance tuning, ADF orchestration, and CI/CD automation
.
Advanced knowledge of
production operations, troubleshooting, and high-availability data processing at scale
.
Experience with
Adverity, Dataflow, BigQuery, Databricks, dbt, or Terraform
is a plus.
Experience with
Wrike, Jira, or Azure DevOps
is a plus.
DP-203 and/or GCP Data Engineer certifications
are a plus.
