We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team.Key Responsibilities:Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needsReview resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection processConduct in-person interviews and assess candidatesCoordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources departmentSupport fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demandsActively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same dayRequirements:Previous experience in recruitment,
