Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
English - advanced.
Microsoft Office - advanced.
7 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing activities.
Experience in logistics operations within the automotive industry.
Experience working for a trucking carrier or logistics service provider.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the Procurement team to ensure high performance.
Prepare and implement annual procurement and sourcing plans.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify business opportunities.
Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage supplier bidding, negotiations, and contract administration to ensure compliance and transparency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
Evaluate supplier performance through regular reviews, site visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
