Education Coordinator

Position Overview

We are a fast-growing, client-centric team that values aggressive advocacy, innovation, and community impact. We are seeking an experienced Education Coordinator to join our dynamic training team. The adecuado candidate will be an experienced educator, trainer, or professor with a strong background in creating and executing effective training programs. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, data analysis expertise, and a tech-savvy mindset.

The Education

Coordinator will work collaboratively with various teams and departments to assess training needs, develop educational materials, create reports, and enhance the learning experience within the firm. A key requirement is familiarity with AI-driven tools, including ChatGPT, and the ability to integrate such technologies into the training process, along with strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development

- Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to various departments, ensuring content aligns with organizational goals and legal industry standards.
- Create instructional materials, such as manuals, handouts, and learning modules, to support ongoing professional development.

Assessment & Data Analysis

- Analyze training needs across teams and departments through regular consultations and performance evaluations.
- Collect and interpret data from training sessions, using insights to recommend improvements and measure effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on training progress, attendance, outcomes, and areas for development.

Content Creation & Delivery

- Develop quizzes, tests, and other assessment tools to track employee learning and retention.




- Leverage various digital platforms and tools to deliver training, ensuring content is engaging and accessible.

Technology Integration

- Ensure all training programs are delivered through current technology platforms (e.g., LMS) and are optimized for virtual and in-person delivery.
- Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and other relevant training technologies into training programs to improve content creation, automate tasks, and enhance learning experiences.

Virtual Training Expertise

- Conduct virtual meetings and training sessions using platforms like Teams, Zoom, and Google Hangouts to ensure engagement, interaction, and high-quality delivery.
- Be comfortable navigating virtual environments and troubleshooting common technical issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

- Proven experience as a professor, corporate trainer, or in a similar educational role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience); a Master's or PhD is highly desirable but not required.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing training programs and delivering content across different formats.
- LMS experience is a must, with a solid understanding of managing and delivering online training programs.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong knowledge of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficiency with AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT to enhance educational content and improve training delivery.
- Advanced tech-savvy, comfortable with training software, LMS, and virtual meeting platforms.

Preferred

- Instructional design background, helpful for creating user-centered and effective learning experiences.
