Role Description The Ejecutiva de Ventas y Atención a Clientes is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle for catering and events, including prospecting, presenting service proposals, negotiating terms, and closing agreements with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, providing personalized guidance on event options, coordinating with operations and production teams, and ensuring that all event details are correctly captured and communicated.

The role also involves maintaining updated records in CRM or internal systems, following up on payments and contracts, and supporting event days as needed to ensure a positive client experience.



The professional in this position is expected to build long-term relationships, represent the brand with professionalism, and contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in prospecting, presenting proposals, and closing deals in services or events.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple events, timelines, and details with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and collaboration capabilities to work closely with operations, logistics, and production teams.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort using CRM or similar systems.
- Ability to work on-site in San Pedro Garza García, NLE, with schedule flexibility for events, peaks of activity, and occasional evening or weekend work.
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, events, or related customer-facing roles is highly valued.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or university studies in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields are a plus.
