Organize and maintain tax documents and client records. Follow up with clients regarding missing information and tax documentation. Track tax return statuses and pending items. Support tax preparers with administrative and operational tasks. C2 English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory. 1-3 years of experience in Tax Administration, Tax Support, or similar roles. Experience working with a CPA firm, accounting firm, or tax preparation company. S. tax processes and documentation. Experience with
