Job Description & Skill RequirementKey Responsibilities• Under the direction of the Product Development Engineering Coordinator, design, develop, and validate new HVAC products in line with customer requirements, technical standards, and performance specifications.
• Create and maintain drawings, specification sheets, BOMs, CAD models, and test reports.
• Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R;, and design reviews to ensure product robustness.
• Work jointly with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure overall design feasibility.
• Implement technical improvements to existing products as part of redesign or cost-reduction initiatives (Value Engineering / VAVE).
• Provide technical support during pilot, production start-up, and post-release phases.
• Ensure proper management of engineering changes (ECOs / ECNs) for products under your responsibility.Language: English proficiency at B1 or higher (CEFR).
