Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Business, Business Management or related field.
English - advanced.
Microsoft Office - advanced.
2 years of experience in cost management, invoicing, logistics, port terminal operations, transportation environments or financial operations.
High commitment level (high sense of urgency).
Main Responsibilities
Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts, approved rates, and service agreements.
Reconcile invoices against operational documentation and identify discrepancies, duplicate charges, or missing information.
Manage rate sheets, tariffs, and billing terms,



ensuring correct application and timely updates.
Coordinate invoice processing and payments with internal teams, Glovis Korea, and external vendors.
Prepare cost reports, billing trackers, and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
Monitor cost trends and vendor KPIs, identifying potential risks, savings opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance / Accounts Payable, IT, and vendors to resolve cost-related issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate cost and billing data in internal systems, supporting system enhancements, issue resolution, and audit-ready documentation.
