Tax Manager : LATAM and APAC:

The Tax Manager : LATAM and APAC is responsible for overseeing income tax reporting, compliance, and tax:related projects across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America and Asia:Pacific. This role ensures compliance with ASC 740, SOX controls, transfer pricing requirements, and local tax regulations while supporting corporate tax strategy, risk management, and process improvements.

Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions, tax accounting, and reporting.

Coordinate corporate income tax compliance across LATAM and APAC jurisdictions.
:
Support transfer pricing compliance, cross:border tax matters, BEPS, and Pillar Two initiatives.
:
Monitor tax law changes and assess business and compliance impacts.
:
Support tax audits, tax planning initiatives, M and A activities, entity restructurings, and special tax projects.
:
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors to ensure effective tax compliance and reporting.
:
Identify tax risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
:
5+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including tax compliance and reporting.
:
Experience supporting tax matters across LATAM; APAC experience preferred.
:
Strong knowledge of ASC 740, corporate income tax compliance, transfer pricing, and international tax concepts.

Proven ability to work with auditors, external advisors, and cross:functional business partners.

Professional working proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
