### Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **SAP H2R Consultant** with strong expertise in **SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Workforce Management solutions**. The consultant will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining H2R processes, ensuring seamless integration between HR, Payroll, Time Management, and downstream SAP systems.
### Key Responsibilities
SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Support and maintain Employee Central configurations and business processes. - Manage employee lifecycle events including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. - Configure and troubleshoot workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and role-based permissions. - Maintain organizational structures, job classifications, and foundation objects. - Monitor and resolve EC integration issues with downstream applications. - Support data migrations, mass uploads, and data quality activities.
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Support payroll processing activities and payroll-related incidents. - Configure wage types, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll validations. - Monitor payroll control center and resolve payroll exceptions. - Support off-cycle payroll activities and retroactive accounting. - Troubleshoot payroll posting, bank transfer, and statutory reporting issues. - Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll reconciliation and audits.
Workforce Management (WFS)
- Support workforce scheduling, time tracking, and attendance processes. - Troubleshoot time evaluation, overtime, and pay calculation issues. - Maintain pay codes, work rules, accruals, and time-off configurations. - Support interfaces between Workforce, EC, ECP, and SAP S/4HANA systems.



- Monitor integration jobs and investigate data discrepancies. - Assist business users with time entry, approvals, and workforce-related queries.
Integration & Support
- Monitor EC ? ECP and Workforce ? Payroll integrations. [CRH AMAT O...Chart V1.1 | PowerPoint] - Analyse and resolve interface failures, data replication issues, and inbound/outbound integration errors. - Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. - Participate in enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities. - Prepare documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (EC and/or ECP) - Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations - Knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC) - Experience working in AMS/Support and Enhancement projects - ITIL process knowledge
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. - 5+ years of SAP H2R experience with hands-on exposure to EC, ECP, and Workforce solutions. - Experience working in integral support and implementation environments.
### Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP RISE programs. - Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll regulations, and workforce scheduling processes. - Exposure to union payroll, certified payroll, and complex workforce scenarios
