WHAT WOULD YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

- Meet the department’s defined KPIs and performance targets.
- Report the status and updates of goods in transit.
- Coordinate shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Receive and properly store documentation and evidence used during import and export processes.
- Report any action or omission related to daily operations, safety, and environmental matters.
- Report workload status and keep requirements and their progress up to date.
- Actively participate in assigned projects.
- Report the status of the projects in which you are involved.
- Ensure the smooth movement of goods from origin to the final customer across different countries without delays or disruptions.
- Identify the most efficient routes, transportation methods, and logistics solutions to reduce costs and delivery times in domestic and international operations.
- Ensure all customs, import/export, and transportation documentation and processes are completed correctly to avoid penalties and delays.
- Maintain strict inventory control and real-time tracking of domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure domestic and international customers receive their orders on time and according to agreed conditions, resolving issues quickly.
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers,



suppliers, and customers to ensure requests are completed on schedule.
- Analyze processes to identify improvements and reduce risks within the global supply chain.
- Generate delivery notes, invoices, and other transportation documents.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or missing shipments.

WHAT IS THE IDÓNEO CANDIDATE LIKE?

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics and Transportation Engineering, International Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

- At least 1 year of experience in:
- Managing logistics service providers.
- Customs regulations and legal compliance.
- Compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
- Route planning and customs value declaration.
- Transportation and distribution management.
- Process optimization.
- Cost control and management.
- Meeting delivery schedules and reducing lead times.
