As the CCB Leader at Johnson Controls in Monterrey, you will play a pivotal role in our contract engineering team, overseeing both the technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects.
From the moment an order is received, you'll be the primary customer contact, ensuring seamless project execution from design to completion.Your responsibilities include:Reviewing job specificationsDesigning tailored solutionsOverseeing project build and testing phasesLeading the team to meet departmental and project objectivesSupporting the Contracts Manager with planning, resource allocation, and resolving commercial issuesCoaching and mentoring team members to foster skill and knowledge developmentHow will you do it?




Delivering cost-effective solutions while maintaining project marginsMeeting project deadlines with precisionCollaborating with the Development department for job-specific design needsCoordinating with the Production department on system buildsBriefing commissioning engineers in the Site Services teamManaging multiple projects concurrently, utilizing strong organizational and communication skillsEfficiently overseeing project progress, plans, and budgetsDriving the project team to achieve key results and departmental objectivesEnhancing team performance through growth, development, and continuous improvement initiativesHandling changes management and internal processes effectivelyWhat we look for?
