Guide customers through cloud transformation, modernization, migration, and AI readiness initiatives by providing technical direction, architectural recommendations, and implementation guidance. Identify, escalate, and help resolve technical blockers and risks that may affect solution deployment, workload health, customer value realization, or Azure adoption and usage. Lead architecture discussions for modernization scenarios across applications, databases, infrastructure, SAP, hybrid environments, and AI-enabled workloads, helping customers improve security, resiliency, performance, capacity, and operational readiness. Contribute reusable technical guidance, delivery assets, architectural patterns, and proven practices that improve consistency, quality, and scalability across customer engagements. Act as a voice of the customer by sharing technical feedback, insights, recurring patterns, and customer needs with product, engineering, and internal technical communities. Maintain technical readiness across priority cloud, AI, security, resiliency, and emerging technology areas through continuous learning, hands-on experience, knowledge sharing, and relevant certifications. or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in both written and verbal business environments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 2+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
