As an Aeronautical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to technical and administrative personnel in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority requirements, aerospace regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
You will also evaluate training effectiveness, support certification processes, and contribute to the continuous development of our workforce.Deliver theoretical and practical training to technical and administrative personnel.Develop training courses, materials, and study programs.Coordinate and follow up on On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Evaluate training effectiveness and employee competencies.Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering .
