Appointment Setter

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and be responsible for connecting with potential customers through outbound calls. In this role, you will engage with warm and cold leads, understand their needs, qualify potential customers, and schedule service appointments with our sales representatives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating over the phone, enjoys interacting with customers, and is able to maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout each conversation. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

- Conversational English.
- 1+ year of experience in Call Center or Sales.
- Availability to work versátil hours.

Responsibilities





- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Engage with customers and identify their needs.
- Qualify leads and determine their interest in the service.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Schedule appointments according to customer needs and representative availability.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
- Follow daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and communication.
