What will you do?

As a Finance Intern at the QRO Campus, you’ll be an important part of our Finance team, supporting key processes that help keep our operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day work will give you hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will

- Support month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and reviewing actuals versus forecast or budget variances.
- Assist with Sales, COGS, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.
- Support CAPEX and OPEX validation by maintaining project trackers, reviewing documentation, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with Fixed Asset creation and capitalization activities.
- Support inventory governance activities, including cycle counts, Physical Inventory preparation, reconciliation, and follow-up on inventory discrepancies.
- Help monitor internal controls and maintain clear supporting documentation for audits, cross-audits, and internal reviews.
- Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Central Finance teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that improve financial visibility and decision-making.
- Bring forward ideas to simplify processes, automate recurring activities, and strengthen financial governance.

- 100% on site: Monday to Friday.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and explain financial variances.
- Solid communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing and campus ramp-up environment.
- Good Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, data validation, and basic financial modeling.
- Interest in developing skills in Power BI, SQL, SAP, and other financial reporting tools.
- Genuine interest in financial reporting, product costing, cost control, inventory governance, and internal controls.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.

- Clear development pathways into roles such as Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Plant Finance Analyst, or Finance Business Partner.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. (Grad date: end of 2027 or later - MUST)
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate in writing and participate in business discussions.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial structure.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Interest in building capabilities in SAP, Power BI, SQL, data analytics, and financial systems.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to collaborate with partners across the site.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work onsite and engage directly with manufacturing and operational teams.
