We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst Jr. to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial results, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insights that support decision-making across the organization.

The idóneo candidate has strong financial acumen, experience working with P&L; statements, and the ability to communicate effectively in English with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Analyze P&L; performance, identifying variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze operating expenses, revenue trends, and key financial metrics.
- Partner with operational and functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis.
- Experience analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L;)



statements and financial performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (fully conversational) required.
