Bluestar AMG is expanding its adviser team in Mexico and Latin America. We’re looking for experienced, ethical Financial Advisers who want to grow their client book, build a strong reputation and serve international clients in the region.
With approximately USD 300 million in assets under management, a 17-year track record and operations across six countries, we offer the infrastructure and support for advisers to develop their business.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ goals and provide suitable financial planning and investment advice.
- Develop your professional network and profile across Mexico and Latin America.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to support changing needs.
- Work with our portfolio management, business development and back-office teams to deliver a high standard of service.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- A clear commitment to ethical advice and good client outcomes.
- The ambition to grow both your client book and your professional reputation.
- Both Spanish and English fluency is valuable for working with international clients and colleagues.
- Any qualifications and authorisations required for the advice you provide (CISI, CII or equivalent is preferable)

- An adviser split of 50–70%, depending on book size and revenue.
- Full back-office support, including onboarding, administration and provider communication.
- Business development support through a BDM, events, sponsorships and community partnerships.
- CRM, fact-find and client management tools, plus a structured quarterly client review and valuation process.
- Portfolio management team and support.
- The potential for Bluestar AMG to acquire your book at 3× its value when you retire, if you choose, subject to agreed terms.
