We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team.Key Responsibilities:- Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs- Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process- Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates- Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department- Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands- Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same dayRequirements:- Previous experience in recruitment,
