? What You'll Do
- Process and review vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, and invoices, and record amounts due for goods purchased or services rendered
- Balance and reconcile batch control totals against source documents or system listings, finding errors and preparing corrections
- Reconcile and post cash receipts from different departments
- Perform bookkeeping tasks:
posting data and keeping accurate records of costs and shipments
- Take ownership of your tasks and follow them through to completion
? What We're Looking For
Must have:
- ✔️ At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable / invoice processing
- ✔️ Excellent attention to detail
- ✔️ A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently and manage your own time
- ✔️ Ability to apply basic accounting and math principles
- ✔️ Good verbal and written communication and critical thinking
- ✔️ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- ✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
- ✔️ Intermediate/Advanced English
Nice to have:
- ⭐ Experience with Workday or other accounting/ERP software
- ⭐ Associate's degree or studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- ⭐ Knowledge of accounting policies and regulations
- ⭐ Experience with billing and cash application
