We are seeking a Finance Manager (FM) to lead the full finance function of our Mexican entity, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and high-quality execution.

This is a fiduciary leadership role with full financial responsibility, including acting as the company’s Legal Representative (Representante Legal) before Mexican authorities such as the SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria).

Role Overview

The Finance Manager is accountable for the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with both corporate standards and Mexican statutory requirements.

This role requires not only technical excellence, but also strong ownership, proactive execution, and high transparency in managing deadlines and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Ownership & Reporting

- Hands on position – with operational tasks 40%~50% of the time on closing, reconciling, elaborating documents for auditing, reviewing, etc..
- Full accountability for financial figures reported locally and to Group
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Coordinate external audits and manage auditor relationships
- Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance
- Ensure efficient cash flow and treasury management

Internal Controls & Governance
- Implement and monitor internal control framework
- Ensure proper segregation of duties (SoD) and documentation
- Proactively resolve audit findings and control gaps
- Maintain continuous audit readiness

Tax, Compliance & Legal Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican tax and statutory requirements, including ISR, IVA, and Transfer Pricing
- Act as Legal Representative before SAT and authorities, ensuring proper legal representation and compliance
- Ensure timely filings, tax payments, and statutory reporting




- Maintain accounting in accordance with Mexican regulations (NIF, Código Fiscal)
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation

Leadership & Execution
- Lead and develop the local finance team
- Ensure clear accountability and ownership within the team
- Act as a strong business partner, supporting decision-making

Profile & Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Strong experience in Mexican finance, tax,



and statutory environment
- Proven knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements
- Experience acting as or supporting a Legal Representative (Representante Legal)
- Strong understanding of internal controls and audit processes
- Experience in multinational environments preferred
- SAP experience is a must
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- High integrity, reliability, and strong sense of ownership
