Twin 3PL Logistics is looking for motivated and results-driven Call Center Agents with knowledge or experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation to join our growing team.
Position: Call Center Agent – Freight Brokerage
Compensation: 15% Commission
Work Arrangement: Remote
- Main Responsibilities
* Actively prospect and identify potential shippers and customers who may need freight transportation services.
- Make outbound calls to businesses and decision-makers to introduce Twin 3PL Logistics and our freight brokerage services.
- Identify customer transportation needs and qualify potential leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and potential clients.
- Provide basic information about our transportation and logistics services.
- Coordinate with the brokerage team to transition qualified prospects into active customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Meet established prospecting and customer acquisition goals.
- Requirements
* Previous experience in call center, sales, telemarketing, customer acquisition,
or business development.
- Must speak Spanish & English
- Knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, or transportation is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with businesses and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
