About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing professional to manage and improve email campaigns for a high-volume Kitchen & Bath remodeling company in Southern California.

You will work primarily in GoHighLevel (GHL) and manage campaigns from start to finish — building emails, organizing customer lists, creating automations, launching campaigns, tracking results, and improving performance.

This is not just a content or design position. We want someone who understands how email marketing generates leads, appointments, and revenue.

- What You'll DoBuild, schedule, test, and launch email campaigns in GHL.
- Manage newsletters, promotional campaigns, nurture, re-engagement, and follow-up campaigns.
- Create and manage GHL workflows and automations.
- Segment customer and lead lists based on status, behavior, and engagement.
- Maintain clean and organized email lists.
- Create professional, conversion-focused emails.
- Test subject lines, messaging, calls-to-action, and campaign variations.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify what needs improvement.
- Track important metrics such as open rate, CTR, leads, appointments, conversions, unsubscribes, and ROI.
- Use campaign data to make decisions and improve future campaigns.
- Provide simple, clear reports showing campaign results.

We especially value candidates who can provide specific campaign examples and measurable results.
- Requirements3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, campaign management, or B2C lead generation.
- Strong hands-on experience with GHL or a similar email/CRM platform.
- Experience building email campaigns and automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using data to make campaign decisions.
- Experience with AI tools for content, analysis, or reporting is a plus.
- Home services, remodeling, or high-volume B2C experience is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

Months 1–3: $6/hour — Email Campaign Coordinator

After successful transition: $8/hour — Email Campaign Manager The first three months are focused on learning our systems, audience, brand, and campaign process while working hands-on.

Candidates who consistently meet expectations can transition into the Email Campaign Manager role with greater responsibility for campaign strategy, performance, and optimization.
