Role Overview The Group Interior Designer will be responsible for executing and maintaining the interior styling and ambience programs across AB Living Group assets, including SHA Mexico, SHA Spain, and future developments.

This role will transform approved design concepts into fully executed, operational realities by sourcing products, coordinating suppliers, preparing specifications, managing installations, and ensuring that every intervention aligns with our design standards and guest experience objectives.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented design professional with strong experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end residential environments, and a proven ability to bridge design vision with flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and oversee interior styling and ambience initiatives across AB Living Group assets, ensuring alignment with design standards and guest experience objectives.
- Transform approved concepts into installed solutions through product sourcing, specification development, supplier coordination, sample reviews, and implementation follow-up.
- Identify, evaluate,



and maintain relationships with suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers aligned with the group's aesthetic and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed specifications, presentations, and supporting materials for review and approval by leadership.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Maintenance, F&B;, Spa teams, and external design partners to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.
- Manage the installation process, verifying that all products and interventions meet approved specifications and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of interventions, suppliers, installations, and project progress, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Conduct periodic site visits across assets to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor standards, and ensure spaces remain current, cohesive, and aligned with the brand vision.
- Support the continuous evolution of interior design standards, contributing ideas and recommendations that enhance the guest experience and strengthen the identity of each property.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience within luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end residential environments.
- Proven expertise managing FF&E;, OS&E;,



decorative lighting, textiles, tableware, plants, and decorative accessories.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican supplier market, including furniture, lighting, ceramics, textiles, and artisan products.
- Experience managing specifications, samples, supplier relationships, procurement coordination, and project execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional English and native-level Spanish.
- Availability to travel regularly between company assets.
