Position responsible for assuring the development of the new projects accomplishing the requirements of customer, ensuring the correct manufacture of new molds since arrival to molding location to start of production based on NAL Mexico standards and external molding suppliers, considering quality, cost and delivery.

Scholarship

- Bachelor/Engineering; Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related.

Experience:

- 3 years with Tool Makers on Tooling manufacture (Follow meetings, weekly reports, try outs).
- -3years Molding Injection parameters (Identify issues on parts caused by tool vs process).
- 3 year on Tooling maintenance (Polish, cleaning, preventive and corrective).

Technical Skills:

- Advanced English.
- Hot Runner / Cold Runner and gatting types for plastic parts.
- 3D and 2D Design software (Catia, SolidWorks).
- Molding parameters analysis to improve part condition.
- Molding process knowledge (Tool temp, Resin temp, cooling time, injection and holding pressure).
- Molding Tool knowledge (Core,Cavity sides, Cooling system, sliders, lifters, Ejector pins, inserts).
