About the role

An important international company is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join its Enterprise Architecture team, supporting the organization's US operations. The adecuado candidate has at least 8 years of experience in architecture and a strong background implementing enterprise solutions for Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning and surrounding ecosystem solutions. This role requires experience in solution, integration and data architecture, a deep understanding of modern technology trends such as generative AI and cloud architecture, and solid knowledge of Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions aligned with the organization's business strategy and objectives.
- Lead and oversee major HR transformation programs, contributing to back-office implementations on the Workday HCM platform and surrounding ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps and standards for major implementations and integrations.
- Design and implement robust, scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and follow industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain integration strategies (including ERP integrations) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Architect and manage data integration solutions that support business intelligence, analytics and reporting, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Apply knowledge of generative AI, Master Data Management, Enterprise Integration and cloud architecture to advance the organization's technology capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, identify gaps and design comprehensive solutions aligned with strategic goals.




- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and governance.
- Provide technical thought leadership throughout projects, aligned with the Enterprise Digital Strategy.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously seek opportunities to innovate within the enterprise architecture landscape.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture (or equivalent experience leading implementations and working with stakeholders).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing major transformation programs with Workday HCM suites (mandatory).
- Proven experience in HR transformation projects and ERP integrations.
- Good understanding of Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, integration architecture, data architecture and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Databricks and Azure Data Lake Services for integration architecture.
- Experience in Business Architecture, including business capability and business process mapping.
- Hands-on experience building architecture blueprints and roadmaps using EAM tools (e.g. SAP LeanIX).
- Proficiency in enabling generative AI, MDM and cloud architecture.
- Solid understanding of enterprise-level applications and infrastructure, data governance and security standards.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies.
- Advanced English (C1) – mandatory; experience working in multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: able to understand processes first and then sell the solution to internal clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (completed degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

- TOGAF certification.
- Excellent diagramming skills (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Experience with SAP LeanIX EAM.
- Previous people-management experience (the role starts as an individual contributor).
