About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Mexico.

This is a local hire position. The successful candidate will be based in Mexico and will work closely with local management and business teams to support human resources operations, employee development, recruitment, and organizational growth.

The adecuado candidate should have at least 3 years of HRBP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of the Mexican labor market and local employment practices.

Experience in working with international or multinational companies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with local management and business teams to provide HR support aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement local HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Mexican labor laws and company requirements.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead and support recruitment activities for local positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Provide HR guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, workplace policies, and other people-related matters.
- Support the development and implementation of employee performance management and KPI systems.
- Assist in designing and administering local compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and local market practices.
- Monitor changes in Mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and HR-related requirements, and ensure local HR practices remain compliant.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with external HR service providers, recruitment agencies, payroll providers, and other relevant partners when necessary.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Provide regular HR reports and updates to management regarding recruitment, headcount, employee performance, and other HR matters.
- Support the establishment and continuous improvement of HR processes as the company's business in Mexico grows.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of the Mexican labor market, employment practices, and labor regulations.
- Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR policy implementation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities in a growing business environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
- Chinese language skills are a plus and will be considered an advantage.
- Experience working for an international, multinational, or rapidly growing company is a plus.
