Role Description This full-time ? Hunter Comercial TI role at STM is a hybrid position based in Benito Juárez, CMX, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role focuses on actively identifying, prospecting, and closing new IT business opportunities, particularly in B2B markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer technology needs, and proposing tailored IT solutions and services.

The Hunter

Comercial TI will manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract closing, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure feasible solutions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and contributing feedback to refine STM’s commercial and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT sales or technology-related business development, with a strong track record of hunting and acquiring new clients.
- Solid understanding of IT products, services,



and solutions (e.g., software, infrastructure, cloud, managed services), and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and digital channels (email, video calls, social platforms) to manage pipelines and engage prospects.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English, especially for client communication and documentation.
- Availability to travel locally for client visits, events, and meetings as needed.
