The Human Resources Assistant will provide support to the HR department in the daily administration of personnel, recruitment and onboarding, internal communications, organizational culture, and HR policies and procedures.
The position will play an important role in maintaining accurate employee information, supporting a positive employee experience, and ensuring that HR processes are organized and properly followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support the collection and organization of employee documentation.
- Assist with employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Ensure employee information is properly organized and updated.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post and manage job openings through different recruitment channels.
- Review and organize resumes and candidate information.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
- Support the recruitment and selection process.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of onboarding activities.
- Follow up on documentation and requirements for new hires.
Internal Communications & Organizational Culture
- Support internal communication initiatives and employee announcements.
- Assist in organizing employee activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Support organizational culture and employee experience projects.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening teamwork and employee engagement.
Policies & Procedures
- Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of internal policies.
- Maintain organized HR documentation and records.
- Follow up on HR processes and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous HR experience, internship, or professional practice is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and service-minded attitude.
