Role Objective
Assist clients in planning their trips by researching and presenting travel options such as accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, and other travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create and follow up on travel quotes and requests.
- Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel experiences.
- Prepare travel proposals and itineraries based on client needs.
- Provide customer service and follow up throughout the booking process.
- Keep client information and requests organized.
- Build and manage your own client portfolio.
- Use digital tools, social media, and travel supplier platforms.
Requirements
- Interest in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Basic computer, internet, and social media skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Previous travel industry experience is not required.
