Position: Finance Manager, SSC Department: Finance - General Accounting Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Finance Manager to lead the financial operations within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
Oversee day-to-day finance operations within the SSC, including AP, AR, GL, and reporting functions.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals,



fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and documentation accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
~7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a shared services or multinational environment.
~ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle).
